I don't know but I think maybe its a killer sterling price due to the exchange rate?

Or he could just be taking the pi55

Still about 8K at best exchange rate ( about 1.5 Euro's / Pound) Isn't that a bit steep for a V8 needing that much work ? jester

That's a ridiculous price, considering you can get a 4.5 Cerb for 6800 now. I thought S Series were designed to be a low cost car?

Question is, when will our cars begin to appreciate? I think this chap has come back in time 10 years!

Here are the key words:

registered in Belgium. All import administration done.

It is so difficult to register TVRs on the continent that the price will be at least double or more.

There are a lot of people who have bought TVRs in Europe and then totally failed to get through the nightmare of paperwork to get them registered. The cars usually end up getting re-exported.

Look on Autoscout for TVR prices around Europe and you will understand why so many have been going for export now that sterling and the euro are near parity.

yes I found a 1994 V8S in the Netherlands for 19,500€...it's LHD so it would suite me but I think £9.5K must be tops for a V8S now surely...
Pictures look like a lot needs to be done...
