What is this?????!

Bit urgent...I want it going this evening!

On the passengers side, on one of the fuel intake near the bulkhead in the fuel injection assembly, there is a circular thing that sits in the injection assembly and tightens around it. On this thing, there is a very small nozzle which I can't figure out where it goes, and what it connects too. Pictures can be taken. What is this and where does it go??

Update: I think I've sorted it, goes on the plenum I believe, correct me if I'm wrong...

Sounds like you're talking about the vacuum pipe from the front of the plenum near the throttle body to the fuel pressure regulator.

Oh, and regards valve adjustments - I did mine to book settings for a standard engine and mine runs fine.

Yes, looking at the Haynes manual it is indeed a vacume line which goes into the air intake somewhere. I'll sort it tomorrow when I get home

It's running!!!!!

A bit tappety and ever so slightly off time.

Battery is kind of dead, so need a new one, thankfully my good friend Doug (Midgeman) turned up with his campervan, took his battery off and she came into life which is an absolute miracle.
