Glad you enjoyed it. These events are special because of the people that come. Of course the cars are important, but not as much as you all.

Fantastic that people travelled so far again in less than perfect weather. Mark and I have footage from the hoon but (not surprisingly) I have no idea how to drain it from the mp4. So, hopefully I can pop over to Ian's this week (he knows about stuff smile).

Thank you all very much for coming, whatever you came in clap

Also, extra thanks to all that supported the charity and to all the people that helped during the build up and on the day clap

Big thank you to everyone involved, it was my 1st time to s club after 6 years of ownership - will definately be going next year.

Good to see so many proud owners showing off thier toys, its given me a push to get mine a bit more sorted for next year (and remove the exhaust silencer after a measly 95db!!!!).

hopefully see the midlands boys on Tuesday night at ashby folville?

Indeed a great job by the organisers ! My first S club and quite surprised how well it was attended considering the rain, and what a good range of S's there was. Thought the venue was ideal, the Museum was the prefect place to warm up and check out some more proper cars. Even managed to capture a few rays on the A34 this afternoon, whilst the nice man from the AA changed my fan belt which shredded on the way home rolleyes.

Guys thank you so much for organising this weekend, I really had a fantastic time, just like everyone else. I really have to send a big thank you out to the 'camping crew' who were great fun and kept the booze flowing on Saturday night.

My great thanks to my racing technicians: Graham, Jaye and Derek. Without you I would never have sorted my grounding problems and become The Stiglet!! Those coffees may have hit the spot this morning but definitely beers all round next time! Thank you all for your advice and help.

Ian (Harry Potter) has loads of photos that look great and once he has worked some magic on them, they'll get put up. Stand by.

Thank you all once again. Bring on next year!!

Thank you to all involved in the organisation of a superb day. biggrin

Its really appreciated all the hard work you have put in and I'm already looking forward to S CLUB 2010.

Good choice of venue too, I'd not visited Gaydon before and thoroughly enjoyed it, the 4X4 experience (one of my raffle prizes is worth a go aswell)

To those that couldn't make it or decided not to come because of the rain you missed out on a great day. Even the weather was good (well during the event itself anyway, and it seems my S' is more watertight than I thought!)

Thanks again, clap

Glad you enjoyed the 4x4, we were a bit worried that the timing may not work.

A big thank you from us to all concerned - organisers, encouragers, helpers and of course participants for making SCH09 another super-successful event, despite the uncertain weather.

Well done everyone.

Another big thanks to the organisers thumbup and to all who made the trip and made the event what it was. Our trip back "Oop North" was interesting to say the least with rain of biblical proportions on the M1 rolleyes I missed the Services turnoff (sorry Jaye) due to the spray and watching my mirror for Graham - hope you got home OK after we split...

Thanks to Jaye for a great route down only marred by "Muggles" crashing and clogging the roads up - they should be banned !!

Congratulations to all the prize winners but especially to those in our group - Alan for winning best S3 and Ian for best S2 ( I think, despite all the mickey taking, its definitely "YOUR" car now Ian wink )

The pub and apres-pub (thanks Hilary and Robbie) was good and breakfast in the campsite deluge (including hailstones eek ) was "interesting", so was glad when the sun came out...

Great weekend overall and already looking forward to SC10 ... (Longers... ?)

K wink

ps: Ian, can you come round and show me what to do with this polish stuff that I won... hehe

pps: Hey Tim I have your mugs mate, hope you are feeling better now.
