Oil Pressure Gauge

The oil pressure gauge on my S1 is not working correctly. (It is not the oil pressure.) I suspect it is the sender unit.
Can anyone tell me what make of gauges these are as they only say TVR on them. Once I know what it is I may be able to find something locally to cure the problem.

Take the wire off the sender and short it to earth - the oil pressure should read max, if so its pretty likely that your sender is shot. Then the fun starts, I think there are 3 different types of sender.

I have carried out some tests and require about 200 ohms to give a zero reading and 27 ohms to give 100 psi.
Does this help anyone identify the sender.
