After 4 years away I have seen the light. Sold my gorgeous Ducati and bought this little beauty on Saturday.
Picture is the previous owners but no doubt I will have plenty more soon.
Full documented history with 51k on the clock. Forgotten how nice they sound when they chatter to you. Promised Mrs TT that I won't take this one to pieces and start remodelling (as if!!)
£189 to insure it on classic with Carol Nash, includes breakdown/home-start, legal cover and European cover if I need it (sure they said that as a joke from my last jaunt abroad in it)
Feels nice to be back, still have the Triumph Tiger for 2 wheel fun so really should be happy and settled now

that 916 has been my baby for 2 1/2 years, always thought they were the sexiest bike ever made. With a combination of too many lunatics out there and not a lot of enthusiasm, (getting fully kitted up on hot days etc) it was time to go. Sad but move on. But what a move!!!
