hi, think i've read here somewhere, that you can adjust
how far the window goes up, but can't find it.
what stops the window from going too far up and breaking,

ive had my glass out, and sort of adjusted the doors,
now i've got the task of making sure the glass fits snug to
the roof, and the ally quarter light, any tips how you done yours

I've just done my drivers window, although saying that I can't work out how you adjust the stop.
My window was going really slowly so I took the door trim off etc, removed the window itself and the actual runners themselves have a felt channel which is was I have replaced as the old stuff was knackered.
What I found when re-asembling was that it is crucial exactly where the glass is when you tighten up the two bolts that hold it in, if it is slightly skewed then when you close it it might not sit right. Not sure if I have been of any help but I though I would let you know what I have just done.
Cheers.....Tony..

Theres a threaded m4 (I think) adjuster at the top of the drive bar. Should be accessible from above with the window fully down. Sorry no pics handy.

Drive the window fully down, check mid way between door lock button and front Qtr frame in the window opening. A flat blade driver should do it..! Wing out to stop window higher, opposite obvious.
