Air intake hose on a 2.9

Thinking of using a combination of these to replace the black boring intake hoses, has anyone done this please?

I have done mine with silicon hose & aluminium - will take a pic later and post with the relevant dimensions, etc.

Here you go...



You need 3 x 45 degree elbow hoses & 1 straight, along with the 2 aluminium tubes (approx 200mm in length). The ID of the hoses is 60mm, therefore the OD of the aluminium tubes also needs to be 60mm.

You will also need 8 x 70mm Jubilee clips.

I have spare straight hose if you want some.
