boot release switch

where can i get a boot release switch/button from
i can only think of maplins or as anybody got a spare they don;t need
broke mine getting rev counter out

When I fitted my fan overide swich last year it was from Maplins and is exactly the same style as the boot release (except it's the latching version obviously). From memory, I'm 99% sure they also had the momentary contact type as well, and it was only a couple of quid or so....

a ride out ? they must surely have on-line catalogue. then maybe ride out to collect save waiting for post !

when i say a ride out its 2 miles away ,not 50miles or so

Did you find one ? Their FF96E looks very similar, thats if yours is a little square one like mine !

yes thats the 1 and its now fitted £1.99 so boot now opens
