I believe TVR car Parts/Dulford Automotive have the S chassis jigs. They are in Cullompton, Devon.
I don't know how much a brand new one would be, they repaired mine.

You'd be surprised at what can be done to repair. A new one will cost you more than the car is worth. Have a look at my website (www.gbsportscar.com) and the little shop of horrors page for the state mine was in and you'll probably feel a bit better about yours. To repair mine cost about £650 and I had someone do the welding for me. It cost me personnally about 3 man days of work for the strip and body lift.

Seriously it isn't that difficult, just time consuming.

Can you post some pics of the chassis, it's not always as bad as it first looks. If it's just the outriggers they can be repaired easily for little cost. If it is the rear tubes where the trailing arms mount then it can be a bit more time consuming but again if you can do some of the work yourself it isn't expensive to replace the tubes and fabricate a few brackets.

I think you have an S3, if so you will have trouble putting all your bits on a S2 chassis. I am doing it the other way putting my S2 bits on the S3 chassis. The biggest difference is in the rake of the rear suspension uprights. I think the shorter/lower rake is in my favour but I'm not sure it works the other way around. I had to modify the rear body fixing points and trailing arms. I have not yet yet put the body on as I keep finding subtle differences, like the S2 ARB is different to the S3, so the bracket will not fit. It would probably be best you look and wait for an S3 chassis. As stated above Im sure they would be able to cut out and replace most of the outrigger sections on yours, without too much drama.

Thanks for the support guys.. I have been told the jigs would be required to rebuild the back end otherwise the handling could be horrible...

Body already off so will post some pics later.. I am thinking strip.. send chassis away then rebuild... just need another garage to put the body in for ... hmm 3 months.. or is that 3 years? (am I being crazy here..?)

Cheers
