The 2 bolts with the rubbers attached are from the exhaust mounts across the main exhaust box under the centre of the car. The bolts fit the brackets attached to the car with the head on top of the bracket and the rubbers, which are a 2 part set (male/female), fit below the bracket with the exhaust hanger strap between them.
Thinks .. I hope I've explained that OK ...
I'm not too sure about the rest though.

If the square one is rubber then it is probably one of the packing pieces that goes between the body and petrol tank frame mounting point and the large round rubber may be one that is used to mount the rear of the exhaust to the body.
Half round bracket looks like the steering rack mounting bracket.

The half round bracket looks a bit flimsly for the steering rack and the bolts go into captive nuts. I've just taken the rack off the white S, I photo the brackets tomorrow

Bracket could be for the fuel pump - mine is shaped like that and bolts against the opposite half that is part of the chassis

Looks very much like the fuel pump clamp, had mine off last weekend.

The 'U' bracket is not the petrol pump clamp or the steering rack clips, I have these and they are different. I will just put it back in the box, and leave well alone, until all the parts are back on the car. Thanks.

Norman when you drop your gearbox would you take a picture of the arrangement of the gearbox mount and the channel bracket over, along with the spacers & if not too much trouble the size of the bolts. We will need to add the V6 gearbox bolt details to the bolt Wiki at some time.

See www.gbsportscar.com the gearbox arrangement is on there (photo though has the box section out) bolt sizes are listed and basically the box section fits with the flat part towards the gound and the spacers over the bolts that go vertical, they fit between the mount and the box section. I.e. bolt and washer, box section, spacer, mount, washer, nut from the ground up.

Hope this helps

Mark

Edited to add - I think Norm's breaking S is an S2. If so the gearbox mount arrangement is different to the S3 as the cross piece doen't unbolt and come out, hence the reason you need to take the engine out to remove the gearbox on an S1 and S2 but not the S3/4
