Thanks for all your help on the headlights everyone, can anyone give me a part or serial no. for the ring lights that'll fit the s3's driving light hole?

Foglamps

Driving Lamps

I had to grind some plastic material off (all around) to get them fit, but your bonnet holes will be different wink

Hi svsdino, did you ever get these?

One of the driving lights on my S3 has a rusted reflector so I'm looking to get a straight (read: easy!) replacement.

Original factory fit was Lucas DX-150 Part no. LDB126 if still available.

PH S series parts list

Ebay has them occasionally, I've never had too much trouble getting them.

Then consider fitting acrylic covers here to reduce stone chip damage.

The Lucas units are the fog lights (the ones in the lower part of the bonnet), I think he's after the main driving lights?
Edited to say, you are right he's after the lower lights which are indeed Lucas units.

I can confirm that the Lucas DX 150 lights do pop up on e-bay but you will need to be patient. I've just bought a couple for not much money so good hunting.

Do be careful to study the pictures on listings though as these lights are prone to rust as you have probably found out on your originals!

I have also sought to protect the replacement lights and decided on the recommendation of someone on this forum fitting some protective film (like armourfend) its not cheap at about £15 for an A4 sheet big enough to cover both lights but is hardly visible and should do the job. Thought about covering the indicators too. biggrin
