ride set up ???

Just wondering what is best for the S2 regards ride (mine has Gaz adjustables) do the cars ride-handle best set firm or reasonably soft ? I ask this as my dealings with MX5`s made me changed one of my 5`s which was lowered with up rated spring back to standard. The car when increasing speed did not feel right ie sort of skipping about, when i fitted standard springs it drove nicer soaking up uneven surfaces much better etc.

Cheers for that, have already seen that info. Was more interested in what actually drivers thoughts were.
