S3 Indicator stalks

Has anyone attempted to replace the indicator and wiper stalks with more modern alternatives? Maybe a 90's Escort or Fiesta set up? I'm just thinking out loud on this one and would be interested in suggestions.

Cheers for that. It seems I already have replacement items fitted. Just wondering out loud if a more modern looking unit could be fitted.
