Picked up my V8S today now after the Bible

hi there, collected my V8S today and there was a massive smile on my face on the drive home. i am now after a copy of the bible. can anybody help?

Also worth getting a Range Rover Haynes manual for V8 models up to 1992 for some of the engine / injection / ignition info.

They don't go for much on ebay - not a lot of demand for V8 4x4's now!

you guys have been helpful. took the s for a long range blast yesterday/today, my what a ride. can wait to take a few nice pictures. cant figure out what the switch next to the boot switch is for though

dash light illumination brightness

If it is a rotating switch with 3 positions it varies the brightness of the instruments.
On mine it is off/barely lit/off

You might have a Fan Over-ride switch in there somewhere, so you can switch on the radiator fan when you stop at lights or if the thermal switch fails...

now discovered what the switch is for. Dashboard brightness control of all things. took the car out for a blast last saturday with the roof down. took some photos.

Easy way is to register with Photobucket load them up, copy the URL and post it here... YOu'll needto do the square brackets/pic bit explained on formatting help but of you get them loaded into Photobucket succesfully then just post a note here and we'll explain the final steps, it's simple really!
