as a new owner I have parked up during winter, and giving my S2 a clean/ tidy up. Does any body have any idea on what cleaners to use on the cream leather and vinyl to get the ground in grim out. I have tried the run of the mill vinyl cleaner to no avail!!!!!!!
Any suggestions would be greatly recieved.

Hello,

The best product I have found is ambersil. Its a spray foam cleaner designed for computers, but is abfab on leather. After you have got the grim off, a good quality leather cream to put back the goodness is the way forward.Suggest Autoglim or if you are feeling flush Connolly Leather Cream.(I use it, but it is a bit pricey!!)However, you do get what you pay for,its fab stuff.

If it's tatty, then Kinky's top tip is a bar of Dove soap, and a damp sponge. Works an absolute treat, and comes up like new.

If it is really dirty (like mine was), I was told by a car valeter that a 50/50 mix of water and engine degreaser (i.e. gunk) will bring the leather up nicely. It is important to use a leather food or cream after, but I have to say the end result is quite impressive !

I am lucky that my S1 leaks loads.... so my interior is always being washed down

That is a positive???
