Blower Switch Wiring

I started the weekend thinking I was going to put a new stereo in my V8S and then ended up dismantling the transmission cover to get access to sort out some dodgy looking wiring.
I took the opportunity to have a look at my tempermental blower switch that didn't always work.
This is what I found going on with the switch connector that explained the problem (apologies for rubbish photo's!)
The large white feed cable was in the bottom left connector along with the small green cable, but has now worked loose - the connector appears to have started to melt!!
So.....
Does anybody know whether this wiring is correct (ie. looped green cable) and where I could purchase a new switch connector block?

I don't know to be honest but if it is an up/down style switch with 3 positions (including off!) then it is apparently a TR7 switch, so presumably a triumph connector.

The switch is the same as the TR7 headlight switch i.e 2 position. They cost approx 14.00 new from SS Preperations based at Rossendale Lancs.
The slider part of the switch will be a different style, however the switches can be dismantled very easily so i just swapped the sliders and the cover which showed the fan symbol over from the old switch to the new switch with no problems.
The new light switch will have additional terminals on it, just ignore these and plug your connector in.
The wiring connector has melted due to a bad connection internally on the old switch. The wiring to it is the same as mine as the loop cable provides a feed to to each side of the 2 position switch.
While your speaking to SS you could ask to see if they have a 2nd hand rear connector for the light switch, this could then replace the old.
