I've only seen one and that was about 5 years ago. The owner of the car had made it himself, he was planning to make more and sell them.

It was purely academic interest as I had been asked by someone who had just bought an S3, and I had seen a hard top mentioned in one of the earlier threads.

It was me !!
I had the first hardtop for my brooklands green S3. I talked my friend keith into producing the roof. It was first publically shown at the Brands Hatch mania about 5 years ago ? To my knowledge only another two were made.

Out of interest the factory actually made a hardtop for the S but only a handfull were ever made and I don't know how many survived.
