Tuning the Cologne, Bosch Jetronic system

I'm still struggling to get mine in good tune, its pretty good when accelerating but wont run cleanly on a steady throttle opening. I've followed advice I got at SCH, it improved it but didnt resolve the underlying problem. There was a link in the 'links' section to a ford-capri site which contained comprehensive details on tuning the Cologne engine but the link isnt working any more. Does anybody know where it has moved to? Does anybody have comprehensive notes on tuning the Jetronic? Finally, if all else fails does anybody know someone in the North West who really knows how to tune them?

Thanks Chris, some very good explanations there on what each of the components does and how it is supposed to work. I havent seen that before, bit of late night reading to do.
Just hope I can find someone in my area, TVR owner or not, who really knows this set up otherwise I now think it is going to be a long and frustrating process!
