Calling 'S' mechanics out there!

Having finally got my alloys back after they have been polished, I was able to take the old 'girl' out for an airing tonight.
Running sweet as a nut after being laid up all winter, I took it down the road for a couple of miles and discovered I had no indicators, no hazards, no clock and no heater fan (not that I needed the heater! Just in case some joker comes up with a line!) Not being the brightest mechanic, I take it I have blown a fuse somewhere, if so any body no which one?

If it is a fuse it maybe more than one - which doesn't sound likely.
Worth checking the fuses but my money is on something else.
I'd check the earth connections these are connections that are bolted to the metal chassis of the car under the bonnet.
Someone else will have to enlighten you where they are on the V6, I guess they will be in a similar location to the V8 just behind the front wheels especially located to catch all the crap that the wheels can throw at them!
It sounds like whatever it is is a single common fault thats affecting various electrical circuits.
There is also a connector in the steering column that burns out and melts (its a yellow one I think if you want to have a look) but I don't have experience of this so not sure what it affects when it goes.

Many thanks for your reply. I ran out of time tonight to explore the fuse box. However, I am hoping it is the fuses.
I have had a flat battery this winter, charged it up over night last week, it then fired up first time. I then checked all the lights - hazards, main beam etc. All was working last week AFTER I recharged the battery. Therefore when I tried it tonight the indicators failed - mystified!
