Hinges S1.5 door replacement

Does anyone know how to replace a worn door hinge on a TVR S series?

This can go 2 ways easy - all bolts come undone, then rebush hinge- 90 minutes long job (my drivers side) OR very very hard you have to cut bolts with hacksaw blade squeezeed in the gap then drill out the rusted bolts then rebond in the captive nuts - full days job ( my passenger side ).
I rebushed the hinges with stainless steel( but could use brass). I also swapped the bolts with stainlees bolts M10 x 75 and 2 off M 8 x 25 for each hinge.
