Speedo 'Shake'

Have a minor issue with the speedo in my S2. Its shaking or fluttering at certain speeds and the sender is suspect.

Does anyone know the part number or description for it, sender/transduser, please

It's related to the instrument earthing - that's the problem, the solution is a lot more complicated =- earths on fibreglass cars can be a nightmare!

Could be earhting or could be the infamous yellow plug which I think comes from a Ford Transit and into which are routed the ignition leads. I had to strip out and solder the ignition leads on my S3, the yellow plug was melting due to poor connection but this did cure the speedo shake and oscillation

The yellow plug has been rectified on the car, I'll recheck it but the problem is minor so no hurry
