S3 wheel info

Am looking to put larger wheels on my S3 anyone know the PCD and offset ?

No - but the car is based on Sierra hubs and the recent new TVR wheels I bought said Sierra on the box, so there might be a clue in there somewhere!

The ones fitted to the S3 are Ford 108 PCD and the 7" rims have an ET25 offset.

There are plenty of calculators oline for this just google "alloy wheels" and look up sierra (note ford are all fairly standard) you can then use the calculator to get the sizes etc e.g this one came from one website (commercial so only the relevent bit posted iaw the new rules)

Make - Ford Model - Sierra Year - 84 to 94 PCD - 4x108 Offset - 35 to 45 Bore - 63.4

The pcd is the same as for 4 studded peugeots but the offset is different (my car is fitted with 17" alloys made for the peugeot 205) with a 5mm spacer. One thing though - do not forget that if you use a spacer you need to replace the wheel studs with extended versions. These are not easy to get as ford only stock the standard 45mm versions, but I have found a source (63mm which you cut down) email me via my webite www.gbsportscar.com and I'll let you know where you can get them (£1.50 each plus P&P)
