shoe retaining clip(pin) for back brake drum

Good thing its Friday. I thought i would give Halfords a ring to see if they have the kits. Hello sir how can we help. Do you sell brake fitting kits? Hold on sir I will but you though to parts. 5 min on hold. No sir we don’t sell brake fitting kits they do not come up on our computer. So i thought i would give TVR car parts a ring. i told him my problem and he think he got some them in stock. He will have a look. And give me a call back in 5 min. and in 5 min he called back. Yes we have got them and they are now in the post on the way to me and at a great price. Lesson learn here. When restoring a car. don’t but things in safe places. I can see it now. I do some work on the car and find the clips in that safe place. Any way thank for your help. And great work from TVR car parts. James
