Merry Christmas to you, and all other 'S' owners.

Picked up the Christmas tree this afernoon. and drove home with the tree in the passenger seat and the roof in the boot! Got some funny looks!

Thank God for British Engineering. The fan switch packed up last thursday, so I stripped out the console, and was pleasantly surprised to find the switch to be totally strippable (Unlike a modern Japanese one)- so was able to clean it and rebuild the console. I now have a working fan again! Mind you it did take me 3 goes to get the console back with all the electrics functioning, and I don't suppose a Japanese switch would have failed in the first place.

Cheers all & Happy Christmas

Graham

May all your presents be for the car and your New Years resolution be aimed towards further enhancements of your own beasties !!!

Cheers for the advice,

Paul,

Saw you on the A2 on Saturday heading towards Blackwall.

Unlucky about the car, I stopped at the garage this morning and when I came back out the blighter just wouldn't fire at all. Pushed it out of the way of the pumps and tried it one last time before bonnet up time and it fired up !! Bless it !!
