And a Steve Heath 'S' bible so I can start to sort out some of the bits and pieces.

This means I'll be a bit mucky when I unwrap my VBH.

Cheers

Ally air vents are definitely booked in and I'm hoping for a Leven handbrake handle.

Tis will kick start the tidying up of the interior with a few ally bits over the next couple of months.

Have treated myself to the new Tower View Stainless Steel cooling system pipes, top and bottom hoses. Along with this I'm replacing the rubber hoses for these with Samco Silicone ones and will be wrapping the exhaust manifolds on Boxing day !

Pick it up today with it's new roof and other bits.....

There are 2 pipes fromthe radiator. The top one has the otter switch mounted in it and the bottom one runs out from the opposing corner.

Apart from the obvious aesthetic changes, it means I get to upgrade the Ottet Switch to the later type 'screw in' type which is far better than that dumb ass push fit jobby I've got now. It also switches at a slightly lower temp.

Sounds like a good idea, how much are they costing?

£50 I think. Not cheap but I've had problems with the Otter Switch and the old pipes looked so minging it was just to good a thing to pass up.

They're not too bad, so I'll leave well alone for the moment. Cheers.

As for the (S)ack.. I've got Mr Heaths book coming my way as I'm still a bit of a newbie to TVR's

My crimbo wishlist is all basically focused around visually upgrading Rudolph (my newly acquired S1.25) to an S2 (and a bit). This includes:
- Chrome bumper ends
- S2 alloys (previous owner replaced them with S1 type)
- Sill plates
- Headlight upgrade (top priority, tricky driving in the dark)
- Aluminium column stalks
- Aluminium gearknob & handbrake
- Aluminium switchgear
- Aluminium dial surrounds
- Wing mirror upgrade

Anyone got any advice on any of the above?

K

Try to get a peak at the Boreham Devopments S demonstrator, if Lee hasn't done it it probably can't be done!

just picked up my refurbished steering , with polished rack and bronze guide in housing. No free play & smooth...

Additionally I expect the bearded one to bring:

Oilpressure sender
one pair of CV joints
one fog light
one "sherpa" eye
Alloy sills ( neutral or TVR )

oh yes - and one battery conditioner

Thanks in advance - and I do also accept ex-works!
