Discussion
As its wet and miserable outside I have sat in today and generally lounged about, then I did a small job on the s2 and started to think it may be an idea if we had a list of "Boredom Jobs" to do on the cars just for days like this.
I was thinking along the lines of jobs that could be started and finished in say less than an hour and which actually accomplished something without getting too involved and also didn't run the risk of breaking anything thus causing any regret of starting the job.
I was thinking this could eventually build up into a handy checklist or whatever.
I'll start the list with the job I did today which only took 15-20 mins but actually really needed doing (I just hadn't thought of it before) if anyone has any to add, just copy the list and add on the end.

Kevin,I need to do this, but do you do this with needle, black thread and thimble? Sorry if this is a stupid question

I am also struggling with a starter motor not engaging, took it out and try to open it now to clean it. Its not a 1 hour job BTW.

)starter motors do stick and I could not see a way of sorting mine so I bought another and fitted that. I had intended to heat wrap it to stop it from being damaged again by the heat from the exhaust but you know how it is... I never got around to that bit.
