touring wales

Just got back home in south wales after 4 days touring, 441 glorious twisty, hilly miles in the S and it didn`t miss a beat. The route, Cardiff to Cardigan, Cardigan up the A487 to Betws-y-Coed, Betws-y-Coed to Aberystwyth then home via the Brecon Beacons. Taking in a few B and B`s on the way and sightseeing, well worth the effort and still smiling :cloudnine:

So want to go back, a group of us did Wales back in April and had a fantastic time.

The only place where you can pick a random road where you have to ascend three mountains and the descent of each one bring the view of a stunning lake, loverly

Was there in 2005 - 900 miles of driving.. didn't miss a beat.

Want to go back!!! sounds like a run for next summer to me.
