Uneven idle and cuts out if it drops below 1100rpm ?

Hi all again, Set-up mixture thinking that would sort it but just the same ? any pointers guy. I've also checked for air leaks. Cheer's Garry

Do you have the 2.8 or 2.9?

If it's the 2.9 then suspect the idle speed control valve, it's the horizontal cylinder on the front of the plenum. Not unusual for them to get sticky, unbolt from the plenum seperate the two halves and give them a wipe out with some white sprit. Let it dry off and re-assemble. Worth adding a smear of vaseline or gasket gunk on the plenum to get a good seal.

I suspect you may be along the right lines there - or perhaps a blocked injector.

Is it running cleanly at higher revs?
