Big Northern Gathering

Biggish TVR (+usually a few other cars) get together. Last 2 years its been in the grounds of stately homes outside York and Ripon. This year its at the Yorkshire Air Musuem @ Elvington.

I'll be there, any excuse to give the S a good run out.

Hey Graham, As Russ says...

Saturday 01/09/07 is the "Gathering" at the Air Museum, Sunday is a couple of drives but the numbers are limited and they will be booked by now...

Monday is a track day I think

so its Saturday for me... fancy it ?

Its a classic car show at Dalmain near Penrith on 19thh... NETVR are doing a stand but I'm going as a speccy only. Nice drive over Hartside in the morning - might be a convoy ? a good look around some old cars and a blast back... sounds like a nice day... you up for it ?

Sounds good to me Kev - all things being equal will be going - will give you a text or call a bit closer - can't commit to BNG just yet as the missus has a new job and is waiting for a start date so we can arrange a holiday and I suspect it might be around that time.

Yes, I'm going to Dalemain next weekend. I think it's really the Cumbria region that have put this one together, but as far as I know they generally invite the North East region along to their stand. Anything for a trip along my favourite road to Cumbria!

BNG is a bit tricky... I'm going to a 40th birthday party (not mine!) on the Saturday which kinda interferes with the whole BNG weekend. I might still try to make it down for Saturday morning, do the rumble through York and spend an hour or two at the gathering. Probably need to leave early though, and I'll miss the Sunday drives in any case.

Hope you guys are well - we've got a lot to catch up on!! Sorry I can't make it to the regular TVRCC meet this weekend, but it looks like I'll see you both for the Dalemain show.
