ive a screw loose!

ive had a screw shear off and just wondered whats if for! its found when you open the door , near the latch on the actual door itself, there are 2, one little, one big at the top of the door just below where the glass is. I know my description isn't too clear but if someone has any idea it would be appreciated!

Sounds like the screw that holds the rear window frame in place, the smaller screw (above it?) holds the rubber "C" shaped trim in at the back of the window
