These things can be real grief to track down. Could be a damaged switch or relay, or a short somewhere.
If you have an ammeter you could connect that, and pull fuses until the discharge stops - at least that gives you an idea of what circuit to check through.
You could also try disconnecting the battery earth and get somebody to touch it on and off the battery while you go around listening and feeling for anything clicking on and off - a relay will give a slight click as it switches.

My drivers side window switch was stuck in the up position which drained my battery constantly, check your switches! I managed to get brand new switches from Ansor in Italy who manufacture them, they even gave me them free including postage. Can't beat that hey? www.ansor.it
