Can anyone help me please,I'm looking for a drivers seat base - the metal springs on mine have gone rotten with rust and broken, leather covering still ok.

I have just removed the seats on my S2 with a view to re-furbishment and noticed the same problem regarding the base.
The company that will be doing the re-furbishment on the seats will also replace the base plus padding, but I don't anticipate the spring structure to be the same as the original.

Hi Stewart,

I have just retrimed my Griffith and put in Cerbera seats. So I have two spare ones that can be used. I have measured them for fit of my S2, and they are identical in every way. They are slightly more padded than my S, and so more comfortable. They are circa 96 and should do the job perfectly. If you are interested, you can have them both for £60.
