Seat chassis mod?

My car has had a modification where there are flat metal bars attached to the chassis underneath and the seats bolt onto these rather than just to the fibreglass tub.

I just wondered how many people have this modification and whether anyone requires pictures in order to effect their own.

This sounds like the Tower View seat brace bars, a very worth while safety mod.

Yes it is, Pete. I believe they were added to the car at the same time as the rollbar.

I would be very interested to see pictures of this mod. I have fitted spreader plates to my seat mountings but linking to the chassis sounds a much better solution.
