Electrics still dead

Still dead No ignition lights, no indicators, no fuel pump priming, the ignition fuse is fine. I`ve searched the forum archives and picked out that the fuel pump operates on a seperate circuit. Also an ignition relay was mentioned but where is it? I am in a right pickle with my S2. Also could my alarm/immobiliser have blown? Help before I become the mad S axe murderer

Find power at the battery, follow it through to the ignition switch, coil, etc. It must stop at some point but the only real way to find where is to track it down methodically.

Hi Peter, thanks for the advice, it all started with the red wire on the ignition barrel parting and causing two very loud backfires followed by a loss of all power.
