pressure cap

does anyone know where can i get a pressure cap for the top of the swirl tank, and just to confirm that its the one with the spring, i keep hearing different stories and now i'm confussed?

tvr car parts have them. Think mine is 13 lbs. and works fine.

don't take the lid off this one...

there is no correct answer, both work for different cars, if yours works leave it...

FirstLine FRC69. It is long reach, has a top seal under the cap itself to seal off the top of the swirl pot and the poppet valve so that coolant is drawn back from the expansion tank as the engine cools. Got it from Serco which seems to be tied up with Unipart. Any motor factor should have equivalent part, my original fit was Lockheed LRC 1003/90KPA.
