Suspension bolt kit for S series

I have had one enquiry for a complete S series bolt kit that includes the big rear trailing arm bolts. These are a special order as they are not a standard size and I need a minimum order to make it viable and to get the price down to around £50 + VAT for a kit that includes the trailing arms, wishbones and shocks.

Is there any more interest in S land?

No. Stainless steel is too brittle and will break rather than bend. Not to be used for suspension. End result is the trailing arm will detach from car rather than go out of alignment in an impact.

I was the original enquirer having seen Steve is now doing shock absorber mounting bolts for the S. While I had the rest of the front suspension off for re-coating, I thought it would be wortwhile replacing the now 16 year old nuts and bolts! I'll be buying a set anyway for my own peace of mind but thought others might like to know of their availability. Already persuaded my other half it would be an xmas pressie for the S!

Thanks for the feedback.

I have created the part number so you can place orders www.tvrextras.co.uk for the complete bolt kit including the troublesome trailing arm bolts. The price will be £50 +vat including UK carriage.

Please place the orders ASAP and as soon as I get enough (I need 4) to go ahead I'll move on the trailing arm bolt manufacture.
If for any reason there is a problem here, I will refund the money or simply ship the others with a partial refund depending on what you want to do.

Lead times are around 2 weeks from when I place the bolt order.

My thanks to those that have ordered but with only two orders at the moment, the trailing arm bolts are not economically viable to be included in the kit.

So if anyone is still undecided about it and not ordered, please do so by the weekend. If I don't get at least two more orders then I won't go ahead.
