Hi Longers, ta for the photo! I confused Mike outside Downing Street by shouting 'Hi Ian', realised it wasn't you then having a discussion about not having seen another car your colour - and it had a similar number plate - d'oh, I need an observation course...

Brilliant Day.
Dissapointed to be the only S in the Kent and Essex convoys, out of over 80 cars!
But when we got to Ace and Whitehall...Loads of lovlies.
We should have thought to tape our PH names to the windows, similar Mycroft, as when it rained at the Ace everyone ran inside into the melle'so I only saw other owners when they were behind the wheel.
What a turnout, and what a noise in whitehall! Great day.

Thanks for including TWO shots of mine - side on pic at Ace cafe and the other towards the end of your set of pics at Whitehall, closest to the camera with V8Smith two in front.
And then a pic of my old one which I drove 14 years ago - reg THT currently owned by Crossie.

I would like to be able to say that the photo with you and V8Smith was a well planned shot. Where as I just held the camera out the window and fired of 3 shots to get some picks of the Cenotaph. The fact that your both in it is a total fluke that I only noticed about an hour before I posted the above pictures.

Had some hickups Sunday. Fan on all the time of course , (still not found the problem)Then my manifold wrap on one side decided to start to unravel.Then the Ford TP filled with water and I stopped to change it to a spare Cerbie one which cured the problem, and finally the clutch either got soaked or red hot, or both, as I started kangarooing enery time I pulled away.It improved and is back to normal now.
Bet others had a few hickups to an otherwise brilliant day?
