door dropping again

my doors have dropped again so i removed door cards and found the 8mm nut/bolt which holhs the window A frame and the door hinge has sheared so whent to remove the door pin bolt which is moveing but not undoing anyone any ideas how to solve cheers andy

My bottom door pin bolt does rhis also, but since the door has minimal drop I have decided to leave well alone. The only solution I could think of was to cut the head of the pin off and then lift the hinge plate over the stub, leaving it as an insitu door pin. Probably wont help with the sheared bolt problem.

Maybe it has undone from the captive nut in the body and is now rotating in the nylon bush held in the door part of the assembly? Have you undone the 2 nuts that hold the assembly in the door? If you do a forum search - there have been a few threads on this topic with some quite good pics as well.

thanks still feels that the nut is spinning can any one tell me if its a plate with a nut wielded on or just a nut glassed in the sill

On my S1.5 it is a threaded bush which is fibreglassed into the body. Mine started to spin when I tried to undo it. I managed to dig it out and fit a new one - a real b*****d of a job! I described the repair on a previous thread. Try a search or drop me an email if you want to have a go at replacing it yourself.
