HELP! Warning/indicator lights

Hi,

My indicator lights just stopped working. When I press the warning lights button on the coil, it just keeps burning constantly. Again no lights.

Could this be the fuse?

Sorry but I don't understand the question. Which light isn't working? Which button are you pressing?

I think you mean Column not Coil,I would suspect the indicator relay

sorry... I'll try again in my best french. the indicators aren't working. Also the alarm light/button on the steering column. When I activate it, it just burns continuously. The lights don't flash.

yep definitely the flasher relay, which I think is mounted on the fuse box behind the passenger footwell.

Not neceserariy so, the warning light button / switch on the top of the column can sometimes stick and cause indicator problems.

Try pushing the warning light button a few times and make sure thet the cowling is not catching against the button.

Yesterday after a long blast (with the roof off ) the right side started working again. Seems it has something to do with the wiring under the steering column... It's pretty messy and I dislocated it last week when I replaced the steering column bush.

If you had started your post with "last week I disconnected all my wiring to fix the steering column bush and now my indicators don't work properly" it might have been more of a clue, eh?

I did it without disconnecting the wiring.... But maybe there was a bit of tension on the wiring during the proces.
