Hi S folk. Just a short note to let you know that I have traded my S3 for Chimaera 4.5. The S is a great car and I have had loads of fun with it (and no hassle) but I have always hankered after a V8 and this one looked too good to miss. I shall no doubt see the regulars about soon.

It is the one from Copythorne. They made me an offer I couldn't refuse on the S and the Chimaera is nice. Its a 4.5 with just 43,000 miles and a full TVR service history. Lots of Leven bits inside and it generally feels well looked after. I took out a two year parts and labour warranty which appears comprehensive for just under £500 so hopefully there shouldn't be any nasty surprises.
I can't believe your V8S hasn't sold yet. Its in such nice condition. It must be about time we had another run out locally - any thoughts?

This weekend I'm hoping to go to a couple of TVRCC events - Goodwood to watch the TVR sprint on Saturday, and on Sunday meet up with the Bristol group for their New Forest picnic - all weather permitting of course.

Don't know wether you and Andrew are aware of the Dorset meet at the Alice Lisle this Thursday? Might be a good opportunity for a run out.
