I AM WANTING TO UPGRADE THE ANTI-ROLL BAR ON MY V8S BUT SOME PEOPLE TELL ME THAT YOU HAVE TO RAISE THE ENGINE TO GET IT OUT BUT THERE SEEMS TO BE JUST ENOUGH ROOM. CAN ANYONE GIVE ME THE INFO PLEASE.

It'll be close, but if you have room then go for it. I assume you're replacing it with a thicker bar, so bear in mind that'll reduce the gap between the bar and the sump when you come to refit it.

That is my plan but I dont want to have to lift the engine. Do you know of anyone who has taken the anti-roll bar out with the engine in place. Waiting for tvr carparts to come back to me about the fittings for an S2 bar as they were thicker

It must be to sunny for anyone to be on their computer or perhaps everyone is out there trying to remove their anti-roll bar so as to let me know ha ha

I am planning to change the anti-roll bars on my V8S as well. How much do they cost in the uk incl. VAT?

It's a long shotm but you could just try it and see what happens? Then you'd know for sure what the answer was for *your* car!
