Road tunnels at Heathrow Airport

Went through both the main and single lane tunnels under the main runway at Heathrow in the S today......... Twice........ What a blast !! Very immature I know but it's the first time I 've had the opportunity to give it beans with the roof down in a tunnel of any length. I'll make sure I've got a video camera next time.....!!

Its a particularly good one the Heathrow tunnel. I can't drive past without taking a 15 minute detour.

I know the feeling, I am blessed with tunnels in the Cardiff area and recently posted a video on pistonheads TV. It`s titled SCH4, worth a look? definately.

Distinct lack of tunnels round these parts Still, the centre of town at 6AM on a deserted Sunday morning, an exhaust note nicely amplified by the high sided buildings and a few pops and crackles for good measure is a fair compromise
