As per the Alternative Parts List for the S Series "it is SAAB 9000 non ABS on earlier models and Ford Sierra on later models the difference is down to location of fluid reservoir"

Found mine on Ebay, listed as: -
this auction is for a new lucas (part number PSA328) servo unit to fit the following fords :-
COURIER 1.3 , 1.3i , 1.8D from 08/1991 to 02/1994
FIESTA (I) (II) 950 , 1.1 , 1.3 , 1.4 , 1.6D from 09/1983 to 1989
FIESTA (III) all models from 1994 to 1995
FIESTA (III) VAN 1.1 , 1.1i , 1.3 , 1.3i , 1.4 , 1.4i , 1.8D from 03/1994 to 09/1996
Brand new for £31.51 delivered
Part number on box is PSA328 (74049574)
Fits and works perfectly, exactly the same as the unit that came off,
I still have the old unit that came off which is usable if you get stuck.

Thanks for the help chaps . in reply to Yellabelly I have not had a lot go wrong with my s3 so no need to post , also work has kept me away from here . But now she has been stripped down and is having a total rebuild have I found this. wish I had as much time on my hands as you ! ha ha. could be on here all day 24/7 its good fun.I hope to post more soon about rebuild costs , Thanks again all and speak to you soon Yellabelly for more fun fun fun. You need the Saab 9000 non ABS as suggested. I replaced mine this year through one of those on line breakers for £35. The company was Bradgate Motors on 01709 552 855. It was showing a few signs of rust but far better than mine. Before fitting it I gave a couple of coats of Por 15 so now better than new!
