Help . Airflow meters

I took the car in for MOT today and the garage have told me the AFM s have had it.
They had been playing up , even needing a sharp tap to free them up occasionally.
So i knew they were poorly but the garage tell me i need two new ones and they have found some Bosch re con units for £160 each
Anybody any Help/ideas
Off now to search the parts list.
I did try the local scrappy last weekend (i was expecting this) no sign of any Cologne Engines .

there were some on Ebay only last month went for £25 for the pair... worth a search of the breakers as well!

If you are still looking - there is a large used Ford parts place here in Newcastle and the guy really knows his stuff - I bought a pair of AFMs from him in perfect order for £35 a few months back - Let me know if you want the deatils.
