(No not the Practical Classics feature mentioned on another thread)

March 2006 edition has two pages on the S

PDF file downloadable from

(I tried to get it to a manageable file size so the quality isn't fantastic but it's legible.

Might save you standing reading in WH Smiths!

excellent stuff! i've been looking for something good thats TVR related to read since i finnished most of the new Tipler book. nearly bought the other magazine with the S article in it last night but this will do and it won't cost me anything! cheers for putting the link up i'll have a look at the article later!

Excellent article and it is nice to see the S recognised as a "proper" classic car. Thanks for the post.

thanks for the post - its an interestin article but they could have found a picture of the S rear lights (rather than the 3000S) for the caption about the parts bin and as for picking one up for 'little more than a grand'. Where? I've looked at loads over the last few weeks (before picking mine up yesterday! - whoopee) and even the tattiest ones are £3-3500. Otherwise, a good article. The TVR S makes MGCs and big healey's look massively overpriced - not to mention the £6500 1380cc MG Midget I drove.
