Just bought the latest C&SC & there is a test between the V8S & MGRV8 - no contest me thinks.

Yep, got that. The V8S comes out on top. The MG didn't feel like a sports car should they said. Well what do they expect against such perfection as a V8S.

One of the Classic car mags did a test on this AGES ago... V8S, MGRV8 and a Morgan...

They also did a test of the MGRV8 against the Chimaera.

'Classics' magazine did do the same article July/August last year using my car.
Good article in 'Classic and Sportscar' though.

Same magazine did an article last year about roadsters including MX5 & MGF then finnished the article with a page on a V6 S....saying "however if you want a real sportscar......go TVR S series"

Mikey - are you saying you bought the S featured in the mag?

Has anyone got a copy of the older articles that can be faxed. I would love to read them.

Oh - and whereabouts in Hants are you?

I bought the car from Adrian Blyth nearly 2yrs ago. He'd lent to the mag for the article before I bought it, but the article didn't appear until after I had the car.

It was nice to know I'd made the right choice.
