Can anyone help or advise me please, I have just had a nice run home and at slow speed in 1st to 3rd gear I noticed a clunking sound from under the car, it seems to be in sync with the car speed and only when I have my foot gently on the throttle. Prop shaft? or maybe drive shaft? hopefully not the diff. Has anyone got any ideas before I go and have a look and start stripping things off, thanks for any advice

Could easily be the propshaft. Unless the UJ's are greased regualrly they dry up and wear. As they are above the exhaust they tend to get a bit warm and that's no help. Also you have to drop the exhaust to get a grease gun to them and so they can easily get missed.
No great problem to replace although getting the propshaft out is a bit of a pain, you'need to under the frount mountings on the diff to allow it to drop down at the front then lift the back of the prop over the top so you can extract the gear box end first.
