I recently got a few silicon hoses for my S1.5 from ACT. I spoke to Tim Lamont (Director) and he has full hose sets for evry TVR but the S series. He does have most of the larger ones but not all of the smaller twisty ones. One of the hoses that comes from the swirl tank to the engine block originates from a 1972 Capri 2.4i which was only made in Germany. Even Ford could not replace that for me. Tim sent me a length of silicon, re-inforced bendy hose that does a brilliant job.

I can't recommend speaking to Tim enough. If you give him the sizes he will get you hoses delivered within a couple of days.

Contact him through:

or telephone 02087153160

I am thinking of starting replacing some of the pipes in the New Year. Anyone else gone with the ACT ones and any feedback? ROugh estimae on price? Are they comparable with the Griff/Chim ones advertised on their site?

Apparently they have all the ones visable when you open the bonnet, its just the ones you cant see that they dont have yet but they are working on it.They can supply you with a length of silicon hose the right diameter so you can fashion your own if you so desire,I would say get the visable ones and replace the others with the normal black rubber hose if they need doing. Will be doing mine in the new year, but to busy driving it at the moment
