Just stripped all the front suspension ready for shotblast and paint.
Any ideas where to source the rubber bushes for the inboard end of the top and bottom wishbones. Ive been told that poly-bushes would make the ride harsher and to stick to the original rubber ones, any comment? Cheers

I think Bugsy had a line on a supply of bushes?

Yep
I won't deny that some prefer the old metalastic bushes but the new Powerflex bushes are much improved on old style bushes, in that they have a bearing surface with teflon coating so they do tighten up the suspension but not excessively and are not fixed.

I'm looking for a car near Uxbridge to sort out the S series next, any offers?

Same here - front end coming to pieces for shot blast and paint/powder coat.

I'm opting for the polybush route any recommended suppliers?

Yep
My car was going in but it needs chassis work and a new engine, so I'm looking for another guinea pig.

I've mailed PF .. my car runs dunlop formula Rs on track and runs long travel suspension on road and short stiff on track .. should give a broad window for testing as it generates a lot of grip so should give those bushes a real workout

Nice one Joo, I really think we should consider the roll bar bushes on the S considering the age of some of the older ones.

that's just a std ford 22mm bush on the v8sthough .. I would imagine PF probably do that already in their product line? similarly the cerbie 4.2/sp6 is 22mm and the 4.5 / tuscan / v6s is the cossie sierra 24mm i think.

Yep the V8S and S1-2 are also 22mm rollbars I believe but the S3 has a 26mm bar.
