Hi all,
Used to be a TVR owner about 12 years ago (S3/V8S/Chimera) and now looking for a V8s for weekend fun again.Any advice on what to lookout for on the higher mileage ones (70K upwards).I`m thinking cambelt changes and expensive stuff like that really, but any advice however basic would be very useful.
Many Thanks

All RV8's are chain drive so no cambelt changes needed

Try Pies site www.tvrsseries.com as a starting point, but the chassis is the main area to look at, most other things are relatively cheap to fix/upgrade.

The only other advice I can give is buy one...quickly...

The main problem with most S series cars at the moment is that they are reaching the age when the chassis outriggers and trailing arms fail. Lots of info at www.tvrsseries.com/ buyers guides.

Edited to say ditto Mike!
